Orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates, and you will not be charged more than the approved amount without prior authorization.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed after 2-3 business days after payment and address verification. Pre-order items will ship once they become available.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (up to 10 business days)
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days for qualifying orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

Backorders

Backordered items will ship as they become available. Additional shipping charges may apply for separate backorder shipments.

International Orders

International customers may use their preferred freight forwarder.
